Yes, domestic abuse happens everywhere, but when its actually LEGAL and women cant seek help anywhere, I think it goes a little deeper than its just a different culture. I have seen many videos about Islam but I have also talked to Muslims, I worked 3 years for an arab muslim who was married here and I also have muslim friends, even if they are not as traditional as in Middle East. Here is another video on this subject from the user discussislam that I saw some months ago and after seeing it again now, I realised it (unintentionally) inspired me a lot
