Just when you thought progressives couldnt get any dumber, they go an pull a stunt like this. Supreme Court Nominee Elena Kagan dodges a question by Sen. Coburn who asks her if she would consider a bill that requires American citizens to eat 3 vegetables a day unconstitutional. Miss Kagan, youre absolutely right that judges should not base their decisions on whether or not a law is dumb...they should be judging it on whether or not it is CONSTITUTIONAL!
